Initiating a Password Reset for Another User
An Authorized Super User can initiate the process to reset the password for any active user in their organization by viewing and maintaining the organization. Click on the user to view their details and click on the link to ‘Reset Password’ for that user. The user receives an email with a new temporary password and a link to the login page.
