When do I need to update the profile to indicate the issuer has become a reporting issuer?
When an issuer becomes a reporting issuer after receiving a final prospectus receipt, the profile must be updated immediately to indicate that the issuer is a reporting issuer.
Maintain the profile and change the Reporting issuer setting from ‘No’ or ‘Pending’ to ‘Yes’.
