SEDAR+ Rules
National Instrument 13-103 – System for Electronic Data Analysis and Retrieval + (SEDAR+) (NI 13-103) provides that a filer must file or deliver certain documents with or to a securities regulatory authority or regulator by transmitting those documents in electronic format, and paying all prescribed fees, including those systems fees prescribed under Multilateral Instrument 13-102 (System Fees for SEDAR and NRD) through SEDAR+.
To access the Rules, click on the following links: National Instrument 13-103 and Multilateral Instrument 13-102.
Fees are paid through SEDAR+ by way of pre-authorized debit transactions from the electronic filer’s bank account, or in some limited cases by credit card, at the time the document(s) are transmitted through SEDAR+.
