Viewing filings made on SEDAR

The SEDAR+ repository includes filings and their associated documents submitted on SEDAR since January 01, 2016. Certain filings that are frequently referenced will not be subject to the 7-year limitation and all their SEDAR filings will be available on SEDAR+. Refer to the list of plus 7 years filings.

A searchable archive of all public legacy SEDAR data, including profiles and documents filed prior to the launch of SEDAR+ on July 25, 2023, is accessible from the SEDAR+ Landing Page

Note: While not all filings from SEDAR have been migrated to SEDAR+, all SEDAR profiles, as well as cease trade orders and disciplinary actions have been migrated to SEDAR+ irrespective of when they were first created.
