Why do I see another issuer’s filings under the filing tab on the profile?

Certain filings may be related to more than one profile, but only the name of the primary profile will be presented. As a result, the filing tab may contain filings that relate to the profile, but with a different issuer name. There is a label specifying the context of this multi-profile filing, for example:

  1. For report of exempt distribution filings, ‘Underwriter filing’ will appear below the issuer’s name if the filing was submitted by an Underwriter.
  2. For takeover bid filings, the name of the offeror or offeree will appear below the name of both issuer profiles, respectively.
