When do I need to file a Notice of dissolution or termination or Evidence of dissolution or termination document?
In some instances, a reporting issuer does not need to apply for an order that it has ceased to be a reporting issuer; it will be sufficient if an agent files evidence of the dissolution or termination with the regulator in each jurisdiction where the issuer was a reporting issuer. For more information, refer to NP 11-206.
