Can I add or remove recipient agencies from a submitted filing?

Adding or removing a recipient agency can be done any time after a filing has been submitted.

This action is performed through maintaining the filing and does not require a document to be uploaded to the existing filing. For certain filings, adding a recipient agency will trigger additional filing requirements and/or regulatory fees. If a recipient agency is removed from a filing, that jurisdiction will still have access to all documents in the filing that were previously filed. If a recipient agency is added to a filing, all submissions previously filed for the filing will become available to that jurisdiction without further actions by the filer.
