Remove filing authority
To remove filing authority on all filings within a filing role, the filer selects ‘Authorization’ on the issuer’s profile to view which organizations have current authority and then selects ‘Modify/Revoke’ against the applicable authority role.
Sue selects ‘Revoke’ on the ‘Modification or revocation of authorization’ page, confirms the revocation and submits the update.
