When a principal regulator is selected for a report of exempt distribution (Form 45-106F1), will filing fees apply to the principal regulator and will the principal regulator receive the filing?
The system fee will be allocated to the principal regulator, however, filing fees and any late fees would only apply based on the recipient agencies selected, as applicable. Similarly, the principal regulator would not receive the report and supporting documentation unless selected as a recipient agency.
