Can I view the report of exempt distribution (Form 45-106F1) and Schedule 2 prior to submission?

Yes. Form 45-106F1 and Schedule 2 can be generated prior to submission. Select ‘Review generated documents’ on the draft filing, then click on ‘Generate documents’. The system will generate both forms and provide a link to each that you can click to download the draft forms for review. Note you will not be able to edit the reports once the documents are generated.
