What financial period ended date should I enter when filing a Notice of exemption (section 2.11(c) of 81-106)?
As the ‘financial period ended’ date is currently a required field on SEDAR+, you should enter today’s date.
A future release of SEDAR+ will require a date only if you are submitting a financial statement document.
