Is the participation fee for specified regulated entities also submitted in SEDAR+?
No. Specified regulated entities will not be included as part of SEDAR+ Phase 1. Form 13-502F7 should continue to be filed in Ontario through the OSC electronic filing portal and Form 13-501F7 should continue to be filed in Alberta by mail or email.
