How do I know if I’m eligible for a refund?
You may be eligible for a refund if the system displays a message to contact the regulator about a refund. However, the amount of refund will not be displayed in SEDAR+. Refunds for regulatory fees will be handled locally by each jurisdiction and will not be processed through SEDAR+. If you think you are entitled to a refund:
- for regulatory fees, contact the securities regulatory authority the refund relates to (for contact information, click on the following link Contact Us)
- for system fee, refer to <How do I request a system fee refund?>
