SEDAR+ quarterly update details

The latest quarterly update to SEDAR+ was completed on November 24, 2025. It includes fixes for reported user experience issues and updates as noted below. 

Functionality issues that have been fixed

• Report of Exempt Distribution (45-106F1): 
  • Item 7: total amount of securities distributed not accepting more than 16 digits 
  • Item 8:  
    • security code entered on a non-individual is also displayed on another non-individual in the generated report 
    • address of the second individual overwrites the address of the first individual 
    •  deferred compensation is copied to all individuals 
  • Item 9: jurisdictions entered are removed when adding additional officers 

• Participation Fee Forms: 
  • ‘Invalid special character’ error: nable to submit where profile names contain a bracket or slash 
  • ‘Fair value to debt’: incorrect amount displayed on generated form 
  • ‘Retained earnings or deficit’: not displayed as a negative value on the generated form 

• Drafts: 
  • ‘Discard’ link: item not displayed; unable to delete drafts 
  • Drafts older than 90 days are not auto deleted 

• Notice of Proceeds: 
  • Fee attributes: entered amounts are cleared out  
• Head Office address search: 
  • Search for address does not save during profile/filing creation without a page refresh 

Filing updates

Added new filing type ‘WKSI shelf prospectus (NI 44-102)’

Post formal documents- submission search

• No longer required to enter the full eight-digit submission number on the submission search. Entering any of the following numbers will return submission ‘00000001’: 
  • ‘1’ 
  • ‘01’ 
  • ‘001’ 
  • ‘0001’ 
  • ‘00001’ 
  • ‘000001’ 
  • ‘0000001’ 
  • ‘00000001’.
