SEDAR+ quarterly update details
The latest quarterly update to SEDAR+ was completed on March 9, 2026. It includes fixes for reported user experience issues and updates as noted below.
Functionality issues that have been fixed
- Report of Exempt Distribution (45-106F1):
- Schedule 2: ‘ON’ displayed in Province/State field when non-North American countries added
- Creating investment fund and investment fund group profiles
- Intermittent issue of being unable to create investment fund and investment fund group profiles and receiving ‘unexpected system error’ message.
- Transferring fund(s) between investment fund group profiles
- Intermittent issue of being unable to transfer investment fund profiles between investment fund group profiles and receiving ‘unexpected system error’ message.
Filing updates
‘Exempt issuer bid’ filing type:
- Addition of document Grouping ID’s and English and French language suffixes for both News Releases (original and amended)

‘Other filings’ filing type for the exempt market offerings category
- Filing type now available for third party filer profile types
Financial disclosure documents subscription emails
- Added investment fund manager and investment fund profiles to the subscription service
- Subscription allows users to receive disclosure documents for a maximum of 50 fund profiles and 50 company profiles.
- Recommended action: Filers should review issuer profile(s) to confirm the correct reporting issuer status and update the status as required.
Fee updates
Saskatchewan
- Filing type: Report of Exempt Distribution (45-106F1)
- Fee attribute: added hint text
- Number of different exemption types used by residents of Saskatchewan
- If two or more residents of Saskatchewan used the same exemption type, please enter “1”.

Manitoba
- Filing type: Shelf Prospectus
- Filing subtype: Prospectus supplement – Amendment to prospectus (non pricing) supplements (ATM and other than ATM)
- Removed the principal regulator check so that the fees will apply, regardless of whether Manitoba is the principal regulator or not
- Flat fee of $100 for the Amendment to prospectus (non pricing) supplement (ATM)
- Fees assessed by SEDAR+ for the Prospectus (non pricing) supplement (ATM) includes the $1,000 regulator fee plus the $325 regulator fee for each additional class of security.
