We are writing to inform SEDAR+ users of Prince Edward Island regulatory fee changes that are effective January 1, 2026 and when they will be implemented in SEDAR+ on January 19 and June 22, 2026.
These changes require system development and are included in SEDAR+ updates, as scheduling allows. Between January 1, 2026 and until SEDAR+ is updated to reflect the specific fee being generated, an outstanding fee for payment will be created by the regulator.

- $1,200 fee added to the document types:

- Annual report on Form 20-F
- $1,200 fee added to the document types:
- Annual Financial Statement
- $150 fee added to the ‘Annual financial statement’ document
- Report of Exempt Distribution (45-106F1)
- $25 fee added to the document types:
- Report of exempt distribution (45-106F1)
- Report of exempt distribution (45-106F1) (amended)
- $25 fee added to the document types:
Updates on June 22, 2026
- Prospectus amendments
- Long form, Short form, MJDS, Simplified, Shelf, CPC, WKSI Shelf prospectuses
- Additional $150 fee for each new additional class/series of securities
- Long form, Short form, MJDS, Simplified, Shelf, CPC, WKSI Shelf prospectuses
