SEDAR+ quarterly update details

The latest quarterly update to SEDAR+ was completed on Jan 19, 2026. It includes fixes for reported user experience issues and updates as noted below.

Functionality issues that have been fixed

• WKSI Shelf Prospectus (NI 44-102): 
  • Document default access levels were ‘private’; access levels now ‘public’: 
    • Documents incorporated by reference 
    • Qualification certificate 
    • Marketing materials (other than specified derivative) 

• Report of Exempt Distribution (45-106F1): 
  • Item 7f):  
    • ‘Canada’ displayed in lieu of Province entry on Submission details page 
    • ‘Total amount of securities distributed’: not accepting more than 16 digits 

• Investment fund profile: 
  • Investment fund profile not linked to an investment fund manager profile is able to submit filing(s) 

• Participation fee forms: 
  • ‘Invalid special character’ error: unable to submit where profile names contain a bracket or slash 

Filing updates 

• Drafts- Search by profile name or number field: 
  • No longer required to enter the preceding zeros  
  • Added a ‘spinner’ icon to indicate your search is in progress 

• Report of Exempt Distribution (45-106F1) 
  • Clearer instructions on the ‘Review generated documents’ screen to keep draft editable: 
    • To Keep Your Draft Editable 
      • After generating and downloading these documents, 
        you must click ‘Exit’ — not ‘Submit’ or ‘Save’. 
      • This keeps your filing in Drafts, allowing you to reopen it, make changes, and generate documents before final submission.”

• Prince Edward Island regulatory fee changes:
