Search users

Registered users cannot search for users in their organization directly from the main search function. To search users, click the ‘Menu’ button followed by ‘Manage users,’ and then ‘Search users.’ These menu items will only be available if you have the required authority. The user search results for Authorized Super Users and Authorized Users includes only other Authorized Super Users and Authorized Users within their organization(s). Within the results, the status of a given user as ‘Enabled’, ‘Disabled’, ‘Deactivated’ or ‘Pending activation’ will show.

Individual users without an organization and public users cannot search for users.
