Viewing documents uploaded against a filing
To view filed documents, click on the Main Menu and then select ‘Search’, ‘Documents’. There are several filters that can be used to narrow your search. Alternatively, users can ignore the filters and select the search button to see all filings for all issuer types.
To see documents filed for a specific profile enter the profile name in the ‘search by profile name or number‘ field.
All documents submitted against a filing, both public and private, are viewable under the ‘Submitted documents’ tab by users with authority. Users can select the ‘Public documents’ tab to see what documents are viewable by the public.
